“It has been a while since I've stayed at a hotel so clean, nicely kept and with an amazing staff. Everyone was so pleasant and polite. I do have to be especially grateful to Miranda, who helped me unravel an issue regarding my reservation with a third party site. This young lady was patient and courteous and, most of all knowledgeable. She got it resolved in a short period of time, all with a smile. I am very grateful! Excellent management!”

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the hotel for a long weekend and were highly satisfied with our experience. Our room was extremely clean, and the kitchenette was well equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel’s location is also highly convenient, situated within walking distance of SeaWorld, Aquatica, and other nearby attractions. Additionally, the availability of a trolley service enhances accessibility to the surrounding area. The cost is $5.00 per person for an all-day pass or $2.00 per ride. We utilized this service frequently and found it to be reliable and efficient. Following our departure, I discovered that I had inadvertently left my cell phone at the hotel. The staff handled this matter with outstanding professionalism. They provided clear guidance on the necessary steps, ensured that my phone was securely stored, and arranged for its prompt return via UPS. Overall, I highly recommend the Element Industrial Drive hotel. It is an excellent property that delivers both comfort and convenience, and I would gladly return for future stays.”
